Bo Larsson, a painter from Stockholm, is the master of light. His outstanding usage of the light in, among other things, his snow covered winter landscapes and reflections in waters, often reaches a more sublime conformity with nature than he himself has been able to predict. Here is a quotation from Ulf Linde's book about Bo Larsson: But when Bo Larsson has been skilful" "his skill has always been justified. It has given him a possibility to penetrate nature, what is strange and different. Or - and this is the same thing - come out of himself. It is definitely not a question of intelligence." |
